i'm totally addicted to brushetta. i can't help it. i just keep making it. and eating it. even by myself (although jon loves it too).

dice campari tomatos

roooooll basil and slice into thin strips. toss in with tomatos.

crack some pepper and salt into the tomato mixture. i picked these salt and pepper grinders up at dollar tree. handy!

grill some fairly thinly sliced french or italian bread.

DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
without this step....*sigh*
rub WARM bread with garlic. if it's not still warm the aroma won't release from the garlic.

drizzle with olive oil.

So easy and fresh! Yum!!!
I make mine with a layer of Goat Cheese on the bread and some pine nuts. It adds a lot!! (and i stole it all from Fireside Pies)
