Howdy

happy thursday everybody!  have ya'll had lunch yet?   join us on the back patio for some grilled cheese and honeycrisp apple slices.  have you had those?  that's what an apple's supposed to taste like.



i hope you're enjoying some nice fall weather.  it's beautiful here today.  the air is crisp, the sun is warm and the leaves are yellow. 



this is rowan's room.  it's orange with a light green at the top and onto the ceiling.  there's going to be a trim piece where the colors transition.  some day there will be.

the boys finally have white trim around their windows.  they look so much bigger, brighter and up-to-date.  paint is amazing.  it completely transforms.  here's what both of their windows looked like before:



our WHOLE HOUSE has (well HAD) that dark, dark trim.  the doors too.  i've unleashed the power of white paint on about 2/3 of it.  we might just replace all of the baseboards with tall flat ones so i'm holding off on those.  my fingers are crossed.
