i seriously have a tan in march. we've spent every minute outside these last couple of weeks. pretending it's summer, knowing it's going to snow again. low and behold it did today. i've been sneaking out in our very well fenced back yard in a bikini to wash away the white.

zen frozen grape eating.

on a bike ride one day we found this sweet little pond. the boys unloaded and spent a good while throwing grass in it and falling into it.

jack has a little buddy at school who he's in a love/hate relationship with. they love each other and play and have fun, but gaige is a physical touch kinda guy, and jack is an anti-physical touch kinda fellow. oil and water. they've ended up in the principal's office together for fighting, and yet they still love one another. well, gaige's mom is my friend, and she just married a Godly man named matt and we were privileged to attend their small, beautiful, intimate wedding.

erin is so beautiful, inside and out.

jon teaching at AIA. we've been studying acts this semester with our theme of "the mission driven athlete." the kids are soaking it up. jon is such a gifted teacher of God's word.

best coffee flavor ever. at mugs on the oval.

i have no idea what's going on here.

disney on ice before (don't worry about row. he got a snow cone too)...

and after. all geared up. i don't know who liked it more. the kids or me :) it's equally fun watching the kids watching the show! by the by, having our family date for jack's birthday instead of a party was fabulous! we had so much fun together making a great memory doing something we'd never have decided to do. and because it was in lieu of a party, we let the boys get some things that we normally say no to, and jack used some of his birthday money he'd saved to buy a sword. such a treat.

time to go.

i forget where they were here...maybe Breck?

"surfboarding' just like jason :)
