Sleigh Ride

words can hardly describe christmas eve and christmas day.  they are hands down the two best days of the year for us.  i love every minute of both days.  they just feel warm and exciting and fun.

the boys snuggled in a "snuggly land" and watched elf by the tree mid afternoon.

after it finished we surprised the boys with a horse drawn sleigh ride through old town.  it was definitely cold, but all bundled with hot cocoa it was dreamy.

since the boys jammie drawers seemed to be over flowing this year, we went with robes on christmas eve.  i don't think jack has taken his off yet.  even to sleep.

Looked like a wonderful Christmas! Ours was so nice too. Just staying home taking naps opening presents throughout the day and having a delicious home-cooked meal!:) I am glad Rowan liked his little trains!:)
