our family birthday outing for finn was about two weeks after his birthday. we joined the redneck revolution and hit up a monster truck rally. once is about enough for a lifetime. it was fun, but a bit slow. and LOUD.
i was just about to take a bro pic when an engine ROARED. there was no going back to posing after that.
we ended up getting everyone earplugs.
there were all these motocross races in between the car crushing. they started as young as 5. FIVE.
finn got a special truck as an extra birthday present. i don't think we'll soon forget those monster trucks.

My two final college choices were narrowed down to NYU to study journalism or Baylor University to study biology. i ended up graduating from BU with a nursing degree.
