Flowers & Jammies

there is a LOT of noise coming from my backyard right now.  jack and finn are in a tent, and they don't seem to be falling asleep.  jon's going to join them after the OSU/ kansas game, and i will be sprawling freely across our king sized bed tonight.  ahhhhhh.



big man brought me home some "spring looking" roses the other day.



and little man (finn) collected me some lovely yellow ones.












yard day was a success a week or so ago.  we ripped out every stitch of weeds and growth in the front thanks to some of our students laboring for free under the sun. after we're cleared of the threat of snow we'll replace the roses with something....less needy.
