the ever delicate "transfer-from-carseat-to-bed" maneuver.

i stoked up on a treasure trove of goodies from the bulk department at the sunflower farmer's market yesterday when we biked down.

dark chocolate covered almonds, dark chocolate covered espresso beans and yogurt covered raisins.

jack earned his first ever build-a-bear as a reward for his behavior at school. the whole family went to celebrate his victory with him.

all of our craft supplies have been out on the table for the past week or so. i love that the boys will just roll out of bed and head straight for them. we've obviously been too busy for family dinners this week or the stuff would not still be there. it's just been a week like that. what have we been eating for dinner though?? i have no idea. yeah, no memory what so ever.

oh, maybe we've been eating stuff like this on the back porch some instead of at the table. good thing i took a picture...

"i'll take you for a ride on my big green tractor..."

jon surprised everyone by taking them to the gas station right by school to load up on random snacks one friday. the parents perhaps had more fun than the kids.
we were like, "have they ever had twinkies? have they ever had a moon pie? doritos! pringles!"
and we bought them all.
then went back for more.
it was disgusting and fun all at the same time. actually it was mostly awesome.

whoopie!

i also had the privilege of going to one of our students senior fashion shows. she had designed and sewn a men's surf inspired clothing line. it was so so fun. we've always bonded over project runway. now she's off to work at billabong in california :( miss you kallie!
