today was jack's fourth birthday party! it was a "campout during the day" and so crazy fun!
i assure you i took a million pics of his seriously cute cake with the choc. pop tart tent, brown sugar dirt, chocolate "rocks" and a pretzel firepit only to realize the memory card wasn't in the camera... yes i did.

the ginormous tent full of balls was a hit on the damp COLD day!
but the highlight of the party was "jack's scavenger scurry" where the 2, 3, and almost 4 year olds hunted for frogs and lizards and fished with nets!
yes, i said it was cold (40's) and no jack is not wearing shoes or a coat. jack likes to be cold. he really does. you can see his "campout" attire though. it, of course, matched finn who napped through the entire party.
